For our Professional and Enterprise monthly subscription plans:

  • 30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
  • Renewals: Refunds for renewal charges must be requested within 7 days of the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued after this window.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. Partial refunds for unused time are not provided unless within the 30-day guarantee window.

3. Per-Election Credits

For one-time per-election purchases (Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large):

  • Before use: A full refund is available if the election credit has not been used to create or run an election.
  • After use: Once an election has been created and the credit consumed, refunds will not be issued.
  • Technical issues: If you experience a technical failure on our platform that prevents your election from running, please contact our support team. We will investigate and issue a refund or credit at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made outside the eligible refund window.
  • Per-election credits that have already been used.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
  • Dissatisfaction due to features not being available on the plan you selected.
